Growing up in New York City, I had trouble learning to read, until my father took me to the library and I got to pick out books with fabulous pictures and varied stories. I set sail with Vikings and flew along the snow on a dog sled in the Klondike. My reading improved dramatically and I soon began regular visits to the library that enabled me to happily spend hours in a different world. Fascinated by books and their ability to take me away, reading ignited my imagination. I often thought of more distinctive characters and alternate endings to the stories I read. Inspired to write my own novels, I am now sharing them with everyone.
I hope readers enjoy reading them since I had so much fun writing them.
